4th of July

Our family had a wonderful time this year...our first year EVER celebrating with Dad, as he is required to work every single year by the city. And of course...baby Cody's first holiday at just a little over 3 weeks old!I couldnt fit all the pictures I wanted but for the embellishments on this page, I reused the sticks I put into our cupcakes! Jordyn and I had a great time gluing all those and it was cool to get to reuse them into these LO's! Lots of doodling and some stickles to pop. All cuts were from Graphically Speaking.

Look at me! I am 3!

This was my little girl's 3rd birthday! One of her favorite things are butt cakes, bup cakes or as they are more commonly known, cupcakes! LOL! This is my first project with my new baby so its only taken me 4 days to complete...now for someone that likes things done in the same day, that was tuff! This is Cuttlebugged and Stickled to death! lol! Cupcake is Doodlecharms and the font is All Mixed Up (I think!)Needed to show off that big ol' smile!

Scotti at Monster Jam!

video

Okay I couldn't help it...one more video. This was a few months ago when Scotti (at about 4 1/2)got to go to Monster Jam in Sacramento with his Daddy! He had a blast, I was so sorry to have missed it! I have to say that both these video's I have shared today and always going to be something I dearly treasure!

He flipped over! LOL!

Jordyn can talk! AND eat!

video

This is my Jordyn just after her 2nd birthday. April 2008...I didn't know you could add video's to your blogs so I think this is a great start! This is a couple minutes long but its pretty funny, especially if you've ever been around a 2 year old! LOL!

Enjoy this oldie but goodie!

Happy Fathers Day 09

This was something quick and easy for my FIL...card is from Wild Card cartridge and was used for both cards. I used Mrs Grossmans natural paper sticker to make the window design, also from Wild Card and added brads.Close up of the doodling...it really needed some doodling and totally changed the look! For this one I added the layer inside of white...fish are also from WCSome doodling and inking for the inside.
You can just tell enough in this pic that there is color to these rainbow trout..of course! lol! I used simmered cardstock and then chalked, very carefully, with my pinky finger to get these results!
It was fun to get to make these for my Daddy and my wonderful Father in Law!

Happy Birthday Donna! a card

When it was birthday time for my crafty friend and neighbor Donna, I knew I had to do something really special! But what? So the whole card came about just from the kitty and everything came from there...you know what I just noticed is that I ended up pulling out the wire spirls, I thought it was enough w/o them..
The card is a single panel with a tag pocket for writing my sentiment, and then the wagon lifts open.

Puppy Birthday card

This is from Doodlecharms, one of my most fav cricut carts! A shaped card designed on Design Studio (CDS) for my nephew Jase's 2nd birthday. This was pretty simple but turned out pretty darling if you ask me! Makes me want to add party hats on everything cricut~ LOL!This just shows the dimenstion to the card, bottom shadowed layer is the back of the card.

Sharing some summer fun pics!

I think this is the best sibling pic I have so far...umm even with someone crying~ lol!
Happy 4th of July!My little baby boy getting all washed up!My beautiful niece Maddie! Its amazing to see how much she has grow up!
What???? you both can fit into your Dad's pants! oh my goodness! Your too silly....keep a look out because these pics are too good not to scrap!

Blooming Beauty

I really enjoyed doing this LO....title was TearDrop and the rest of the cuts are from Walk in my Garden. Prima flowers and Fun Wire.

I am a Big Bro...

Title~ I am a big bro, a son and lots of fun!
This has always been one of my very favorite pics of my son at around 3. With a little star burst added to his smile! perfect!
This has many layers and lots of popping...
The paper is from the most amazing stack of 150 sheets of KandCompany from Tuesday Morning all for $10...this is frosted paper...gosh I wish I had gotten more!!!

60th Anniversary

This is the celebration of my husband's grandparents 60th anniversary! What a wonderful thing to celebrate! I had a great time with this LO..tags and paper and just generic scrapstuff I have with some inking. Writing on the strips is computer generated and tags are handwritten.

Las Vegas Wedding

This is obviously awhile ago...just wait til I am ready to do all the wedding stuff from my wedding! Darn, I don't remember the font for this but I know the wedding bell cut is from Stretch My Imagination, did some embossing and some stickles and ribbon~ I love how that turned out!!! Also I added that last pic to show how I triple layered the writing...its an option that I like when there is not a shadow option for the letters.

Naturally Adorable~ First Birthday

Jordyn's first birthday! My goodness she was an angel! I will go ahead and put it out there that I did spell something wrong...I am sure not the last time this will happen! ha!
I do believe the font for this is from Alphalicious. Paper is DCWV Girls Nursery stack. and lots of lots of prima flowers and skittle centers.

Beary Sweet

This is my daughters 2nd birthday photo shoot...I will have to apologize as many of these LO's were done awhile ago and I most likely will not remember where all the cuts came from! Now I know most of these were borrowed, again from my friend Donna...maybe Indie Art? I think the best part of this LO is the frame..I started with cutting the wideth and then leaving a long piece so I could roll the top and bottom, then the photo is matted on dark brown and popped against the scroll.
