What would be a blog hop without some more prizes??

Hop Prizes:

1. CDD giving away 1 stamp a day.

2. Too Cute by Jessica - $25 gift card (reg. priced patterns)

And now on to my creation....

 I created this small approximately 4x4 circle tag card. I mixed a couple strands of twine with some fiber that I thought had a wintery feel. The world pieces were layered together in 3 layers, instead of having used any foam tape. The sentiment was white embossed on vellum. The background snow was made with Enamel Accents in white, so lots of dimension and a some punched snowflakes as well.

 But let's get onto the stamped reindeer! That little sweetie took some work! There were 4 paper pieced sections (background, antlers, scarf and top layer). The get a little color on the top layer I watercolored using Distress Ink. Added white details to the antlers, tail and cheeks. The scarf I created a pattern using a white gel pen and then between those a glitter pen.

 Not kidding…I carried him around in my hand for awhile after he was put together. Too darn sweet! Did I mention I am keeping this project? Yep…some just have to be for you! I wonder what present I can give myself and add the tag too? LMBO!

OMG…don't get tired yet! There's more to see! Head on over next to Tina's blog!

Thanks for stopping in!

To Grandmother's House We Go ~Stuck on U Sketches Die Cut Challenge~

I want to wish you all a VERY Happy Thanksgiving!
My blessings are many and God has given me
so much to be thankful this year! Not the easiest year
but we're never granted life to be easy…but still so good!

Also want to say a HUGE thanks as I am just a few
people away from hitting 500 followers!
Which is a gigantic thrill to me, you have no idea!
Thank you SO much for this extra blessing today!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To Grandmother's House We Go
 If I can have favorite's then this one might just be on the list! I created this layout a month ago and had to wait this long to share! Promise I'm not dramatizing how difficult it's been…I may have had to text photos to close friends cause I just couldn't sit on this any longer! LOL! My life is hard, isn't it? =)
 Well it is finally reveal day at Stuck on U Sketches and today is a Die Cut Challenge day! Our challenge…Into The Woods…now, many of our team members went with the "wood" part of the challenge but you can think of anything that may be part of nature. Woodland animals, beavers, squirrels, deer, etc. Or you can think of camping trips, mountains, canoeing, etc. I think this challenge can cover many ideas! We can't wait to see what you share with us!
 I'll admit I had this idea almost immediately and went with it. Most the time in crafting, do we ever go with that first idea? Probably not. And even with the excitement and without any photo, I still knew I had to create this! I do plan on taking photos during the holidays while we are hanging out at my parents!
Papers~
American Crafts
Walmart
Paper Studio
scraps
Die Cuts~
Silhouette Store: trees, red riding hood, wolf,
house,  clouds, sun, road, rocks and flowers
And that's it! ALL paper project! =)
 Oh, and before I go…HAPPY shopping to you all on this oh-so glorious Black Friday =) LOL! May your sales and deals be bountiful!
Bacon to my Egg ~Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon~
You Are The Bacon To My Egg
 Hi friends! today sharing a fun little card I created for my bacon loving husband. LOL! This was actually his birthday card this year, though not exactly birthday themed. Either way, bacon is totally appropriate for any occasion. Keep that in mind next time you need an idea! =) And all these SUPER darling files were cut from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon! Today is my day to share up on the blog! =)
 The sentiment banner, toast, bacon and egg were all cut using my Silhouette Cameo and utilizing the print and cut feature. Even though, all those tiny pieces were all cut individually (yep, even including the tiniest heart, maybe the smallest thing I've ever cut before!)
 The other banners pieces were hand cut and were a quick add. Along with the sequin and tiny gems (gosh, I need to do that more often, such a pretty element to add!)
 Well otherwise a short post from me today since this was an easy project to put together. I was really just posting this to get you all hungry and your tummies rumbling for Thanksgiving this week! LOL!
 Thank you so much for stopping in today, hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
Craftin Desert Divas Simply Holidays Wordart
Believe in Bethlehem
    Hi guys! I had my eye on this lovely cut in the Silhouette shop and once I saw this amazing stamp from Simply Holidays Wordart from Craftin Desert Divas, knew it would be totally perfect! Love the fit!
   There are many, many layers to this card and they were all cut in white. All color you see had been colored using Distress Inks. The city scape itself has 7 layers! The background was a mix of colors…Tumbled Glass, Story Sky and Chipped Sapphire. For the city I used Tumbled Glass and Antique Linen. The yellows are Mustard Seed. For the shine in the background I used Perfect Pearls. The sentiment is embossed in white. Been on a bit of a roll with coloring with Distress Ink. Certainly not a new concept but there's a richness to coloring paper this way. Not to mention how it blends or all the techniques you can do with it.
    Can you stand how cool this stamped sentiment would be with you masked off and stamped this in multiple colors! So cool! I just love this set!
This set was super popular, I understand why! =)
This may currently be sold out but will be back in the store soon!
Simply Holidays Wordart
 Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! Come back this week..I have so much more to share! Getting my holiday cards rolling! Yeah!
In Everything Give Thanks ~SOUS November 21 Sketch~
In Everything Give Thanks
    Before I get started on my layout with the sketch I created for today's Stuck on U Sketches challenge…I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the ladies who are leaving our team today! You each are such incredible scrappers and I will miss having you on the team, you have no idea!
   I've got to say that the ladies went all out with this sketch challenge! Amazing! So head over to the blog if you've not been there yet...
   This was created while I was away at a scrap retreat and I am not kidding…this took me almost an entire day! I'll admit that I looked at it and didn't see it taking that long…but seriously…it did! Then again, the title alone I believe was 6 cuts combined! So cutting and gluing that alone. Plus every cut was inked and we all know how much time inking can take!
   All the layers to the title, all very subtly off set, ended up creating a very sturdy and significant title. Always end up really happy with I layer like this. Particularly if there's no shadow. I really wanted to use the bird paper that's in the background but the print was a bit too much, so I added some vellum which allowed the color, though softened and then that also helped the title pop.
  These are family photos from last Thanksgiving. This is my youngest sister and my oldest son, they happen to have a very close relationship, always have, and they are both adopted as well =) I adore this photo! I had SO many amazing photos though that as an after thought I decided to create a second page where I could use those extra pictures.
  There's me and my hubs, my daddy with the turkey, my sister again with my daughter and my niece and my favorite doggy…then a silly group shot on the front porch =)
   Usually I add my 'what I did' kinda list but I had enough photos today =)
   One more HUGE…I'll miss you ladies!!!!!!! Thank you to Neela, Padni, Cindy and Patricia!!!!!!!!!
Craftin Desert Divas Linky Party Create/Use a Tag
 Hey! It's Linky Party time! You can share your tag creation with us at Craftin Desert Diva's by heading here! You can also see the creations from the other team members there as well!
 I created this simple tag set but punched it up a notch (or two!) by totally covering the decorative tag topper with coarse glitter. It's a lovely detail to the card, as is the more subtle tone on tone snowflakes. I thought to maybe use these on some holiday goodies for my kids teachers. I've also embossing the sentiment in black.
 Crazy short post from me but these little ones were pretty self explanatory! Oh…other then how I added the glitter. I used Glossy Accents and actually just spread the glue with my finger. I love how you know for sure this adhesive will no yellow once dried, plus it's super strong and so ideal for use with glitter. If used in a smaller area, it's really pretty to then cover over the glitter again with another layer of Glossy Accents- for even more shine! Next time I'll have to do it!
 Thank you so much for stopping in today!
Stuck on U Sketches Die Cut Challenge Fall Colors
Fall Photo Pockets
 It's Friday people! Yay! That means another challenge at Stuck on U Sketches! We want to see ANY of your DIE CUT Fall images done in FALL COLORS! Yep…that's right! Any die cut project in fall colors will work today! Can't wait to see what you did!
 I had originally designed this to be in brights but muted down the colors to feel more Autumn. Hope you like! It's a more simple project but still a fun one to create! I had a small collection of photos from a trip to the pumpkin patch with my girlfriends so instead of just handing them the photos, I thought I'd make something a little more special to go with it!
 I just sized the pocket card to fit a 4x6 photo, worked great! I did a bit of fiddling to make this cover piece on the front so I could have a mat cut in a different color. Just love these witchy legs! =)
Papers~
Basic Grey
Recollections (black shimmer)
scraps
Die Cuts~
Silhouette Cameo: Miss Kate witch legs,
pocket card, leaves
Misc~
Mrs. Grossman's ribbon and black marker
 Kind a shorty post from me today! If you can believe it we have 4 appointments today! One doctor appointment for me, ortho for my son and both boys have their first eye check ups! Guess you know where I'll be! LOL!
 Happy Friday folks!
