Winter Wonderland Dies

Hi all! I'm sharing with you today and over at CDD and sharing a card featuring our stunning new Winter Wonderland dies. These beauties can easily be the centerpiece to any project, leaving little else needed! I am the biggest fan of these!

Repeat stamping of this amazing sentiment helped create a great back drop for this lovely holiday floral. I used my large Misti tool to help me move the sentiment for perfect placement without having to measure. I stamped in a light green and for the focus sentiment in gold embossing powder. I added some gold sequins from a CDD mix and there you go! I actually think I will make a few more of these and have this as my main holiday card to give out. I think it's a show stopper but it was fairly easy so it shouldn't be too bad to mass produce.

Craftin Desert Divas October Release

Craftin Desert Divas
October Release

I am beyond excited to share these projects with you! I hope you love them because both of them were a lot of work! But super worth it. But did I mention the work? LOL!

Well today is the last day of our October Release Event. There has been an enormous amount of incredible projects shared and today, I personally shaved the best for last!

This first card features every critter from Santa's Helpers (minus one). These were stamped and masked to create these friends all hanging out together. I was able to stamp at one time, and then sit and trim all these out while I chilled on the couch with the family. Creating this card another time. The scene is watercolored with a soft snow falling over top.

I mixed a bit of clear glitter with my texture paste over a confetti styled stencil. Taking care to scrape the small pieces that did overlap my sentiment to make sure that stayed nice and bold.

As if I didn't get enough of trimming images and masking...I went even smaller! Each of these little nuts are a single stamp! And believe it or not...I did NOT go nuts making this! Yay! This is another favorite design of mine. In hindsight, I really wish I would have made multiples of this because it was a lot of work for a single card.

These images were colored with Spectrum Noir makers and details added with Prisma colored pencils, a white gel pen and a few gold highlights added to each.

Thanks for sticking around and checking these out! Have a GREAT weekend!

Craftin Desert Divas October Sneak Peeks Day 4

We are still in the thick of release week at Craftin Desert Divas and today is a great day with some AMAZING new dies! Beautiful and creative and jam packed full of images that will turn any project into a show stopper! Other then my stenciled background, all I did was add shine to some of my die cuts! And bam! A gorgeous, rather quick holiday card is ready to roll.

This would be easy to mass produce too. The only time consuming part would be die cutting. But not bad if you worked in stages!

You can find this beautiful sentiment below...a favorite set of mine for the holiday!

Who's in the mood? For another round of the Craftin Desert Divas Social Media Mood Board? Me! Pick me! I am sharing something more appropriate for the current holiday (in the midst of a bunch of Christmas card posts, LOL). This one layer card has such a cool vibe with the bold colored pencil colored over kraft. Love that look!

Don't forget how to on social media and share using #CDDMONTHLY. Just create something that vibes from our Mood Board photo and uses some CDD product.

Craftin Desert Divas October Release Sneak Peak Day 2

Ok! Did you make it back for Day 2 of the Craftin Desert Divas October Sneak Peek Release (whoa- serious mouth full there!) but I have this super sweet card and matching gift tag set to share today! I created this for a special family member for Xmas!

I mixed some awesome CDD dies with some electronic die cutter pine trees, topped with a white pen to add snow.

Ok, I did some serious sentiment surgery to make this sentiment. But guess what, the stamps are totally okay with being cut up! Sometimes it's the easier way to trying to mask.

And the CDD products...Camping Critters mini animal set is the only thing missing...

Craftin Desert Divas October Release Sneak Peeks Day 1

Today is Day 1 of our Sneak Peeks for the Craftin Desert Divas October Release. You are snips of the newest stamps and dies to be released...can you tell the newest images in my card?
I had a wonderful time creating this, coloring it in a non traditional holiday color scheme. Love how soft it turned out. I created a little scene using some of our older, very popular dies, Fancy Frames and Stitched Scallop. Easy but cute!

The details added were super easy...a glitter gel pen and some white Enamel Accents! That's it!

Now the good part...the CDD goodies...

Ok stampy loves...catch you back here tomorrow for more sneaks and more projects! See you then!

Harvest of Happiness ~Craftin Desert Divas~

Hi there, I'm sharing with you today here and over at Craftin Desert Divas. I created a card featuring CDD digital stamps as well as a couple additional stamps for details, like the extra leaves and the sentiment. We have some crazy sweet digi stamps over at the shop and I seriously can't believe this was my first time playing with them!
I was able to combine a couple digital stamps together to create a larger scene, which were then colored with alcohol markers. Actually, this card came together because of a mistake. I had created a background that I loved but messed it up when adding the sky (the color was too bold). So I ended up cutting out the entire top of the scene leaving only the hillside and images. I do think it ended up cute but it was worrisome for awhile! LOL!

Here are all the CDD products used on today's card.

    Thanks for stopping by!

Blessed Fall Card ~Craftin Desert Divas~ 10/10

We Are Blessed To Have You
Hey all! It is #CDDMONTHLY time! Create a project using a product from Craftin Desert Divas, be inspired from our Mood Board photo, then post to social medial with #CDDMONTHLY. We've got monthly prizes and of course, such a fun way to share our projects with others!
Our awesome Mood Board photo for October!

I did lots of layering for the background using rich fall pattern papers. I love this tone on tone red leaf paper! It was perfect for my die cut, stamped and embossed sentiment. I added some gold paint splatters to tie in with the sentiment and added touches to the stamped images. So pretty, so Autumn!
Plus (my very favorite stamp set from CDD!)

Here are the CDD product photos and links for today's project...

   Have an incredible week!!!!!!!!!!!
